1. Assist in overall store operation: Develop overall management strategies for directly operated stores based on the company's business objectives. Assist in breaking down annual business objectives and formulating short- and medium-term business plans for each store, ensuring that each store completes various tasks and business indicators, and analyze monthly and annual business performance;
2. Assist in improving the store operation system: Assist in establishing a sound store operation management system, optimizing terminal retail operation SOPs and ensuring their implementation, and enhancing the overall service level and brand power of the store;
3. Management of domestic TOP retailers: Assist our company in expanding our domestic regional specialty store retailers, and assist in the daily management coordination and demand alignment with some domestic top retailers to ensure that the agency's affiliated stores maintain normal operating levels;
4. Assist in store manpower management: Responsible for recruiting and interviewing personnel for franchise stores, including setting recruitment standards and interview progress, establishing an effective employee evaluation system, identifying and designing the growth and development of outstanding talents, and maintaining team stability and long-term vitality;
5. Store sales management: Assist in establishing a management system for store inventory, sales, and purchases, as well as a full lifecycle management system for products. Possess a perspective of category management and be able to plan and manage products through scientific means
1. Proficient in at least one fluid dynamics analysis software
2. Candidates who have published papers related to fluid mechanics and independently undertaken projects are preferred
3. Preference given to self-developed 2D/3D fluid dynamics programs
